Tai Chi Society classes begin with a series of slow, relaxed, flowing, gentle and simple movements that massage the internal organs and stretch the body.
Our Tai Chi programme is exceedingly beneficial for people with medical conditions, particularly arthritis, bad back, diabetes, asthma, insomnia, low and high blood pressure, hypertension and fatigue; it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Tai Chi also improves balance, coordination and flexibility.
Tai Chi is a great healing art for people who are willing to learn it. Practising Tai Chi correctly can change your quality of life and your overall health and well-being. You can learn the full essence of Tai Chi at Tai Chi Society.
Tai Chi Society also offers private or group lessons, corporate classes, workshops, refinement sessions and Tai Chi or Qigong instructor-training courses, at many locations around Sydney.
Most of our Tai Chi classes are in the evenings, once a week. You can come twice a week for an additional 50% of tuition fees.
Note that if you have a cold, flu or you are generally feeling under the weather then it is best to delay your Tai Chi practice.

Tai Chi Sydney Workshops
Tai Chi Sydney workshops are for students who have been learning Tai Chi with Tai Chi Society for at least four months and who want to improve their moves and to better comprehend the Tai Chi forms.
The Tai Chi Society teacher will show you the forms again and explain in great detail every aspect of the movements.
